Individual Counseling
Counseling is an individualized process in which we collaborate to identify strengths and areas for continued growth. My approach to counseling integrates evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Wait. What does that all mean? My approach is tailored to each individual concern in order to build on the foundation you already possess by using interventions to restore and enhance wellness. Counseling services are provided virtually via telehealth to West Virginia residents, in person sessions are also available.
Group Support
Groups allow us to build community around a similar issue with our peers. Group offerings are available for groups of at least four members and meet weekly for 5-6 weeks. Group topics include: infertility and pregnancy loss, abortion, grief and bereavement, motherhood support, and relationship enrichment. Please contact our office for more information on group meetings or to request a group within your community.
